An 88-key piano that runs in your browser

Kasey Keys is an online piano with nothing to install. It covers all 88 keys from A0 to C8 and plays a sampled grand piano, so you can check a melody, try a chord or practise for a minute on a phone or a computer.

• Note names: switch between C D E with octave numbers and Do Re Mi.
• Three key sizes: small, normal and large, to match your screen and your fingers.
• Two rows in portrait: on a phone held upright the keyboard splits into two rows, so the keys stay wide enough to play without rotating.
• The whole range: use the small keyboard above to move from the lowest A0 to the highest C8.
• Chords and full screen: play several notes at once, and go full screen in landscape on a phone.
• Reference tone: hold a clean tone such as A4 = 440 Hz, and switch the concert pitch between 440 Hz and 442 Hz.

Sound

The piano uses the Salamander Grand Piano sample set by Alexander Holm, licensed under CC BY 3.0. A light, fixed room reverb and a natural release are applied, so notes fade the way an acoustic piano does. There is nothing to configure.
